Puncak Rimba is a self-service concept retreat. Our Villas are spread out at various locations so we do not have a reception or a concierge and you will not find a lobby or a gym. The experience of our destination is engaging with the surroundings of our Villas. We do not offer jungle trekking or abseiling but we offer breathtaking ambiance and an amazing experience of living with nature but with privacy, of course. Sit back, read a book, paint or start a board game besides spending time with your loved ones. Malaysian breakfast will be provided and every Villa is equipped with a kitchenette, just waiting to be used. If cooking is not your thing, food can be arranged. Step into paradise, and let the world go by. Nestled in the lush, hilly landscapes of the Bentong rainforest, The WaterWay Villa is a nature retreat less than an hour away from Kuala Lumpur city. Our private villas and suites are tucked away from the rest of the villa grounds, offering you a tranquil sanctuary where you can rest in the arms of Mother Nature. Wake up to the quiet stillness of the forest - the gentle sway of trees, the hushed chirping of birds and other creatures - and find your peace. Looking for a bit of fun and adventure? You can also join our daily jungle treks to the nearby waterfall, visit the neighbouring fruit farm, tube down the river, go kite flying, or even indulge in some musang king durian during durian season from our own farm. On our villa grounds, you can also spend hours at our 189sqm pool that comes with its own 14m water slide! Play a round of Ultimate Frisbee, test your skills at archery and darts, challenge your friends to some bad karaoke - there’s lots to do without having to step outside. If you do want to explore the rest of Bentong, we recommend a visit to the scenic Chamang waterfalls, perfect for an afternoon picnic and swim. You should also check out the nearby elephant sanctuary and deerland park, or take a side trip to the Genting Strawberry Leisure Farm where you’ll see not only strawberries, but lavender fields that go on for acres and acres. Pay a visit to Bentong town and indulge in some of the best food Pahang has to offer, from lemang and ayam percik to wan tan mee to a surprisingly large plethora of homemade ice cream shops. There’s so much to do, but don’t forget to lie back, listen to the sounds of the forest, and let the world go by.

There’s a place called The Acacia Retreat, a resort in Bentong on the edge of the Krua Wildlife Reserve in Malaysia, some 46 km from Kuala Lumpur. It’s a part of the world that encourages you to get back to basics; as children and adults alike spend lesser hours outdoors preferring to be huddled with their hi-tech gadgets and computers, we reverse this on a 360-degree scale. Outdoor recreation promotes wholesome physical development. Explore the acres of green environment, develop your muscle strength and coordination and gain self-confidence – that’s the miracle of being nature’s best buddy. Here, find all of your favourite pastimes of the bygone era resurrected to life – games and sports inherited and passed down generations of descendants to those of the 21st century. Rise with the sun, frolic with nature and set with the moon.
